When you first walk into our office, you are pleasantly greeted by Lissy and Susan. This dynamic duo is our central hub as you begin your Physical Therapy and Pilates journey with us. In addition to answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping with all of your questions, Susan is in charge of insurance verification, billing, and collections. They both look forward to interacting with all our patients and will gladly assist you with all your needs. Together they make this office run like a well-oiled machine.

Susan has spent over 20+ years in the medical billing field; she joined our clinic in the Spring of 2022. She grew up in Glastonbury and is happy to be back working in town. Susan is enjoying taking Pilates after completing the Principles Pilates classes. She loves baking (chocolate chip banana cookies are her specialty), quilting, and spending time with her family.
